Mental Health

Mental illness will effect 1 in 5 Australians in any one year. The most common illnesses include depression and anxiety. More than half of these people will not access treatment.

Approximately 1 in 5 new mothers will experience depression and approximately half of them are diagnosed while pregnant. Perinatal depression and anxiety is treatable. The sooner you seek treatment, the sooner you will feel better.
